IEC3 Industry Motor Stator Winding Inserting and Coil Winding Expanding Machine

Coil Winding Inserting and Expanding Machine has two stations, one station for coil inserting, one station for coil expanding, used for 3-phase winding insertion with 3-times of coil insertion. Two stations are combined together by guide way, the stator holding fixture with cuff supports for coil protection.

A. Wedge and coil are all automatically inserted into stator;

B. Coil Inserting and Expanding Machine is driven by 13 servos, each servo controls as below:

D. The speed of pushing coil is adjustable according to different wire size;

E. Operator works in standing posture;

F. Pressing the button to start the machine by both hands;

G: Stator Hold Fixture has Cuff-supports plate to protect coils;

H: There's guide way to move stator hold fixture to work on inserting or expanding stations;

I: Coil expanding has tooling with expanding blades, for better result of coil expanding.
