Machine "Simple Stator Slot Insulation Machine for Micro Table Fan Motors" is used for inserting insulaton paper to stator slots automatically at one time, which is just suitable for stators with single slot shape. The tooling design is according to stator slots shape and dimension. Different kinds of tooling is available for stator prodction.

2. Inserting insulation paper automatically from bottom of stator slot;

3. Automatic paper feeding, cuff folding and forming, paper inserting;

4. Indexing is finished by stepper motor;

5. Characterized by low noise, fast speed, excellent forming, etc.;

6. Slot number change is controlled by electric;

7. Interval slot inserting and skip slot inserting could be at option;

8. It is convenient and easy for different slot number stators production and changing tooling.
