Brief Instruction of Machine

Machine "AC / Industrial Induction Motors Stator Winding Inserting Machine for Sale" is used for inserting electric coils and wedge insulation to stator slots automatically at one time. After finish coils winding in winding machine, the coils will be in transfer cup orderly. Operators just put the transfer cup with coils into the inserting tooling and start the inserting machine, which will form, cut and insert wedge paper together with coils automatically.

Operators need to stand when operating.

It's euqipped with modular tooling so it's very easy to change the tooling when change product model. The changeover time is less than 10 minutes.
