(2) Application
1. Adopts PLC system and sets the procedures through the display
screen, so to extremely strong the reliable operation of the whole
machine.
2. Electric parts are designed in modularization, can reduce the
maintenance cost.
3. The main driving operation uses the frequency-conversion speed
adjustment mode, keeps the advantages of short driving chain, large
startup torque, wide speed adjustment range, energy saving and low
noise.
4. The winding distribution adopts the stepping motor and
high-precision reduction gear.
5. It's can realize the continuous stepping stepless adjustment
from 0.01mm, and bring the convenient adjustment, high distribution
precision and large torque.
6. CNC winding transformer for cctv power distribution box has the
machine tool wire storage automatic computation, automatic
counting, automatic stop, stop memory and so on, simplifies the
operation greatly.
7. It can realize the multi-wire multi-layer winding.
(3) Machine Main Function and Characteristic
Winding tooling: each machine has one set winding tooling and three
vertical winding forms.
The whole set of tooling can be changed, and it takes about 15min.
The turntable is two stations structure. It adopts servo system to
rotate and index transfer form.
Allow three wires winding simultaneously.
Main spindle is controlled by servo motor. The coil turn number
accuracy is ±1 turn.
The working rotation speed can be set . Machine has no distinct
vibration and noise.
Free of enamel damage and wire snap. Once the copper wire is run
out, machine will automatically stop.
PLC can set turn number, winding speed, tooling sunk height,
tooling sunk speed and winding direction.
X andY spindle of wire hooker and wire cutter adopts servo system.
It can adjust the length of bridge wire and lead wire.
Tooling sunk adopts servo system. The max segment number of tooling
sunk is 6.
