This series is designed for embedded line stator winding design, set routing, system groove deed, embedding in a machine; automatic coil winding stations are arranged neatly fitted into the mold line, effectively avoid the artificial hanging wire coil caused by cross clutter caused by embedded line break, line hurt, hurt the film with the aircraft detection alarm function, it is one of the characteristics of the aircraft; embedding station by a servo embedded line, pushing the line, pushing paper height and other parameters can be set freely on the touch screen.

Our Machine Production Process,Our motor stator production line is widely used in the manufacturing of many kinds of motor stators. This stator production line includes several machines, such as paper inserting machine, coil winding machine, coil winding inserting machine, lacing machine, and forming machine. Each machine in this stator production line is stand-alone, meanwhile, it can also be connected with conveyor.
