Machine "Copper Wire Coil Insertion Machine for Long Pump Motor
Winding Inserting" is used for inserting electric coils and wedge
insulation to stator slots automatically at one time.
Operators need to transfer coils wound by winding machines to coil
inserting machine by manual, as well as the wedge papers.

1. The machine is specialized for inserting coils of submersible
pump motor stator;
2. Suitable for motor stators with large stack height and small
inner diameter;
2. It can insert the coil and wedge paper into stator slot
automatically at a time;
3. Coil pushing is driven by servo motors;
4. Both copper wires and PVC wires can be inserted automatically;
5. Wedge paper cutting and forming machine is combined with coil
inserting machine;
